Many thanks for visiting my site. I am a PhD candidate of the School of Politics and International Relations at the University of Nottingham. My thesis attempts to explore the pattern of Chinese discrepant foreign policy. In the meantime, I also work with other colleagues in the China Policy Institute for writing policy papers.
After my undergraduate studies, I was an assistant of a Legislative Councillor in Hong Kong and I was responsible for organizing electoral campaigns during the 2003 and 2004 District Council and Legislative Council Elections respectively. This valuable working experience allows me to study the political development in Hong Kong from another perspective.
Then I studied MPhil (Master of Philosophy) at the Department of Government and International Studies, Hong Kong Baptist University. Although I work on some papers in the fields of political parties and political development in Hong Kong, my MPhil thesis is about the interactions between China, India and Russia in the construction of the Asia-Pacific order. Probably because I am very interested in the study of international relations and foreign policy.
